摘要
针对学生课程成绩与职业技能鉴定成绩缺乏一致性、专任教师与企业讲师授课标准不统一、学生所学与企业所需脱节等问题,在充分调研信息通信技术关键岗位、典型工作任务、专业核心能力基础上,借力"双主体"办学平台,将认证课程的企业考核标准与学校课程标准进行融合对接,实施"课证嵌套"。实践证明:通过运用该研究成果,有效解决了上述问题,实现了在校学习与企业岗位需求的有效对接,切实提高了学生培养质量,具有很强的可操作性和推广价值。
In order to bridge the gap between school educationand job demand,the authors investigated typical post in ICT field,distilled core capabilities and put forward a new teaching mode which integrated assessment criterion of enterprise with curriculum standards of college. The practice has shown that this teaching mode can significantly improve the quality of talents training and meet the requirement of enterprises.
