摘要
高职院校教师发展中心建立的主要目的是通过多元化的培训手段提高教师的总体教学和科研能力,以提升学校的人才培养质量。由于教师发展中心在我国现仍处于探索阶段,在发展的过程中呈现出角色定位模糊、工作目标不明确、活动形式单一、培训对象范围狭窄等诸多问题。在高职院校教师发展中心的建设中,要明确角色定位与工作目标,扩大工作业务与培训对象,建立全面保障机制,合理安排人员配置,以推进教师发展中心规范、稳定、可持续地发展。
The main purpose of the establishment of teachers' development center in higher vocational colleges is to improve teachers' overall teaching and researching ability through diversified training,so as to improve the quality of talents training at schools. However,because the teachers' development center is still in the exploratory stage in our country,there are many problems in the process of development,such as ambiguous roles,unclear objectives,simpleforms of activity and narrow clients. In the construction of teachers' development center in higher vocational colleges,we should clarify roles and objectives,expand business and training clients,establish comprehensive guarantee mechanism and arrange staffing reasonably,so as to promote the standardized,stable and sustainable development of teachers' center.
