针对高职院校管理学课程本身以及管理学课程教学中存在的问题,深入探讨高职院校管理学课程教学改革的有效措施。应重新宣传课程功能、充实教学内容、改革教学方法、改革考核模式,以更好地培养高职学生的理论素养和实践技能。

In view of the teaching problems in management courses,this paper explores effective measures to reform the traditional education of management in higher vocational colleges. That includesrepositioning curriculum functions,enriching teaching contents,reforming teaching methods and examination modes,so as to better cultivatestudents＇ theoretical knowledgeand practical skills.
