摘要
针对水流量标准装置分析了流量稳定性影响因素,提出了基于水泵转速控制的供水系统,研究了供水系统的控制策略,进行了多种工况的实验测试,在多家企/事业单位的水流量装置上进行了应用。实验测试和实际应用数据表明。水泵转速控制供水的流量稳定性与水塔供水的稳定性接近。在无水塔、无稳压容器的情况下,水泵转速控制供水的流量稳定性可达到优于0.1%的水平。为流量装置设计提供了一种新的,具有低成本、高稳定性、宽流量范围、节能等优点的供水方式。
The factors impacting the flow stability are analyzed for the water flow standard facility. A water supply system based on turn speed control of the pump is put forward. The control strategy of the water supply system is investigated. Experimental tests are carried out in many different working conditions. The water supply system is applied in many enterprises' water flow facilities. It is shown that, by the experimental test and practical application, the flow stability of the water supply system based on turn speed control of the pump is near that of the water tower. As there are not the water power and the pressure dumping tank, the flow stability of the water supply system based on turn speed control of the pump can reach a level better than 0.1%. A new way of water supply with merits of low cost, high stability, wide flow rate range, and saving energy is offered for flow facility design.
