毕节试验区是西部贫困地区和生态脆弱地区高度重叠的代表之一,也是贵州省脱贫任务最重的地区。绿色减贫是在扶贫开发过程中为了保护当地的生态环境,减少资源浪费而推行的一种减贫理念。新形势下,绿色发展引领脱贫攻坚是实现同步小康的重要举措。将绿色发展与精准扶贫相结合,探析绿色减贫对策,不仅是符合毕节"开发扶贫,生态建设"的试验主题的,也是今后突破资源能源和环境制约,实现贫困地区和贫困群众稳定脱贫、走可持续发展之路的关键。

Bijie experimental region is one of highly overlapping regions in the western poverty-stricken areas and ecologically fragile areas, and also has the heaviest poverty alleviation task in Guizhou province.Green poverty alleviation is a concept which will protect the local ecological environment and reduce waste of resources in the process of poverty alleviation and development. In the new situation, green development, leading poverty alleviation, is an important measure to realize the aim of a well-off society simultaneously with other provinces. Exploring the strategies of green poverty alleviation through combining green development with targeted poverty alleviation is not only accord with the experimental theme of developing poverty alleviation and ecological construction in Bijie and a good choice to break energy, resources and environment restrictions in the future, but also the key to stably cast off poverty and continually develop.
