面对世界新的科技竞争格局和态势,能否发展运营好知识产权,已成为影响我国创新发展前景的重要因素。构建"上海自贸区知识产权贸易平台"对于促进上海形成科技发展新优势,推动我国科技强国战略实施,带动全国知识产权交易繁荣有着极其重要的意义。研究发现,构建"上海自贸区知识产权贸易平台",需要参考国外知识产权商业化发展路径,结合国家创新发展战略布局和自贸区自身地位优势。而在"上海自贸区知识产权贸易平台"构建实际落地时,还需重视人才引进、专业培训、行业管理运行体制、政策支持与战略研究、风险防范与制度保障等方面内容,以此全面实现我国知识产权商业化与国际化的战略目标。

In the face of the new pattern of competition in science and technology in the world, whether or not to develop and operate good intellectual property fights has become an important factor that affects the prospects of our country＇s innovation and development. Establishing ＂Shanghai FTZ Trade Platform for Intellectual Property＂ is extremely important for accelerating the formation of new advantages of science and technology in Shanghai, promoting the implementation of the strategy of making China＇s science and technology powerful and driving the prosperity of IPR trade across the country. The study found that to build ＂Shanghai FTZ Trade Platform for Intellectual Property＂, we need to refer to the commercialization of foreign intellectual property development path, combined with the strategic layout of national innovation and development and the status of the free trade zone itself. However, in the actual construction of ＂Shanghai FTZ Trade Platform for Intellectual Property＂, we must also pay attention to contents such as personnel introduction, professional training, industry management and operation system, policy support and strategic research, risk prevention and system guarantee, so as to fully realize Commercialization and Internationalization of Intellectual Property in China.
