上海企业创新环境研究——基于与北京比较的视角

Study on the Innovation Environment of Shanghai Enterprises——From the Perspective of Comparison with Beijing

大量研究及事实表明北京企业创新能力明显优于上海,这吸引了学者去探究背后的原因。若将企业创新视为一个系统,创新环境无疑是影响企业创新能力的重要因素。本文试图对两地企业创新环境进行较为全面的比较分析。通过构建完整的创新环境指标体系,计算各指标值来直观分析京沪两地在企业创新环境方面存在的差异,结果显示北京企业创新环境明显优于上海。根据京沪两地在企业创新环境方面的特征,从提高创新基础设施的利用效率和服务能力、改善技术环境、完善融资环境等方面给出完善上海企业创新环境的若干建议。

A great deal of studies on this area and evidence show us that enterprises＇ innovation abilities of Beijing win out Shanghai counterparts, which attracts learners to explore the underlying reasons. If we regard the enterprises＇ innovation abilities as a system, innovation environment is undoubtedly an important factor influencing enterprises＇ innovation abilities. The paper tries to take a comprehensive comparative analysis on enterprises＇ innovation environment of both cities. Through setting up a complete innovation environment index system and computing the relevant index value, the paper gives an intuitive analysis on the difference of enterprises＇ innovation environment between Beiiing and Shanghai. The results shows us Beijing enterprises＇ innovation environment is greatly better than Shanghai. Finally, we come up with such suggestions as enhancing efficiency and service ability of innovation infrastructure, bettering technology environment, improving finance environment etc. to perfect Shanghai enterprises＇ innovation environment according to the characteristics of Beijing and Shanghai enterprises＇ innovation environment.
