支气管哮喘儿童皮肤点刺试验与血清sIgE的相关性分析

目的探讨支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）儿童尘螨皮肤点刺试验（SPT）和血清特异性IgE（sIgE）两种检查方法之间的关联性。方法选择2008年1月至2015年12月就诊的哮喘儿童为研究对象，进行回顾性分析。期间567例患儿同时开展尘螨SPT检测和血清sIg水平测定，对结果进行相关性分析。结果SPT检测和血清sI旺水平测定粉尘螨Kappa值0．57（P〈0．01）、屋尘螨Kappa值0．44（P〈0.01），两种方法对尘螨检测结果具有较好一致性。粉尘螨、屋尘螨SPT等级与血清sIgE数值间的spearman相关系数分别是0．42（P〈0．01）和0．38（P〈0．01），尘螨SPT等级与血清sIgE数值存在正相关性。结论尘螨SPT等级与血清sI旺数值存在正相关性，两种方法对哮喘儿童尘螨检测结果具有较好的一致性。

Objective To explore the relationship between skin prick test （ SPT ） and serum allergen specific IgE （ sIgE ） in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Bronchial asthma children with or without allergic rhinitis in a retrospective study were selected from Yuying Children＇s Hospital A^liated to Wenzhou Medical University from January 2008 to December 2015. 567 patients were carried out with the SPT and sIgE test at the same time during the period. The correlation of SPT and slgE were retrospective analysed. Results The consistency of SPT and sIgE was described by using the kappa values. The kappa value of dermatophagoides farinaes between the SPT and sIgE test was 0.57 （P〈0.01） . The kappa value of house dust mite between the SPT and sIgE test was 0.44 （P〈0.01） . Two methods had a good consistency with the detection results of dust mites. The Spearman correlation coefficients of dust mites and house dust mite allergen SPT levels and sIgE values were 0.42 and 0.38, respectively （P〈0.01） . There was a positive correlation between the SPT level of dust mite and sIgE values. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between SPT levels of dust mite and slgE. Two methods of detecting dust mites have a good consistency.
