六味二仙汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床分析

目的探计六味二仙汤中药汤剂联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选择2014年5月至2016年5月2型糖尿病患者90例为观察对象，使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。对照组在糖尿病饮食、适当的运动基础上。予二甲双胍缓释片治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用六味二仙汤治疗，连续治疗12周。观察患者血糖、血脂及临床症状的变化。结果两组患者血糖、血脂均有所控制，观察组血糖、血脂及临床症状改善比对照组更明显（P〈0．05）。结论六味二仙汤中药汤剂联合二甲双胍缓释片能有效改善2型糖尿病患者的临床症状，降低血糖、调节血脂。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of huwei er-xian decoctions combination with mefformin extended-release tablets in the treatment of T2DM patients. Methods 90 T2DM patients who had received treatment in our hospital were selected from May 2014 to May 2016 as the study subjects, and divided the subjects into one control group and one study group with 45 patients in each group by random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin extended-release tablets on the basis of taking diabetes dietary and appropriate exercises. The patients in the study group were treated with liuwei er-xian decoctions in addition to the same treatment in the control group, and the treatment was continued for 12 consecutive weeks. The patient＇s blood glucose, blood lipids levels and any improvement in their clinical symptoms were observed. ResuRs The blood glucose and blood lipids in both groups were kept in control to some extent. The control of blood glucose and lipids levels and the improvement in clinical symptoms in the study group were more significant than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The regimen of liuwei er-xian decoctions in combination with metformin extended-release tablets is able to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of T2DM patients, decrease and adjust the blood glucose and lipids levels.
