中医自血穴位疗法治疗细菌性毛囊炎的临床疗效

目的观察中医自血穴位疗法治疗细菌性毛囊炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月间进行细菌性毛囊炎治疗的患者共106例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各53例。嘱患者治疗期间禁止服用辛辣、海鲜等食物，禁酒。对照组：给予盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片150mg，3次／d，口服。维生素B6片，10mg，3次／d，口服。莫匹罗星软膏外擦患处，2次／d。4周为1疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。观察组：每周1次自血穴位疗法。4周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察患者疗效。经过2个疗程治疗后观察患者疗效，并且随访半年，观察痊愈显效以及复发率。结果观察组39例痊愈，痊愈率为73．58％，总有效率为92．45％；对照组27例痊愈，痊愈率50．94％，总有效率86．79％。观察组的痊愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组各个阶段的复发率均明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中医自血穴位疗法治疗细菌性毛囊炎临床效果良好，复发率更低，无明显副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine self blood acupoint therapy on treatment of bacterial follicuhtis. Methods Selected 106 patients with bacterial folliculitis patients in dermatology department of our hospital from January 2013 to June, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. Patients were not allowed to take the spicy, seafood and alcohol during treatment. Control group： Treated with clindamycin palmitate hydrochloride dispersible tablets 150mg, 3 times a day, oral. Vitamin 10mg tablets, B6, 3 times daily, oral. Mupirocin ointment wiped the affected area, 2 times a day. 4 weeks for 1 courses, the efficacy after two courses of treatment was observed. Treatment group： Self blood acupoint therapy once a week. 4 weeks for 1 courses, the efficacy after two courses of treatment were observed. Followed-up the patients for six months, the rate of recovery and recurrence were observed. Results There were 39 cases cured in treatment group, the cure rate was 73.58%, the total effective rate was 92.45%; There were 27 cases cured in control group, the cure rate was 50.94%, the total efficiency was 86.79%. The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than control group, with statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） . The recurrence rate of each stage of experimental group was significantly higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine self blood acupoint therapy has obvious effect on treatment of bacterial folliculitis, it has low recurrence rate and has no obvious side effects.
