术前结合多媒体宣教对GERD患者的心理干预及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨术前采用多媒体宣教方式对胃食管反流病(GERD)患者术后心理状况的影响。方法GERD患者25例,干预组15例,对照组10例,对照组只进行常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗的基础上采用GERD外科专家Eubanks专门录制的患者教育视频进行术前宣教。术后均应用医院内焦虑与抑郁量表(HADs)通过问卷的方式对所有患者进行评分。结果干预组所有患者HADs评分〈7分;对照组4例患者HADs评分〉7分,6例患者HADs评分〈7分。两组HADs评分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论术前采用多媒体宣教方式对患者进行宣教能有效改善患者术后焦虑与抑郁状态。 Objective To explore the influence of preoperative applying multimedia education on postoperative psychological status of patient with gastroesophageal reflux disease ( GERD ) . Methods 25 patient with GERD were divided into intervention group ( n=15 ) and control group ( n=10 ) .Both groups were given routine treatment, and the intervention group received preoperative multimedia education. They were assessed with Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale ( HADs ) on postoperation. Results The HADs score of the intervention group were all less than 7, 4 of the control group' s were more than 7, 6 of the control group' s were less than 7 . The HADs score of intervention group was lower than the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Preoperative applying multimedia education can effectively improve the patient' s postoperative anxiety and expression.
