胃原发性绒毛膜癌一例报告并文献复习
摘要
胃原发性绒毛膜癌极其罕见，恶性程度高，预后差，临床表现无特异性，早期诊断困难，病理组织学检查可确诊，多采用手术联合化疗的综合治疗模式。本文结合1例胃原发性绒毛膜癌患者的病例资料及相关文献复习，探讨其临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗策略及分析其临床、病理学及免疫组化特点。
