干细胞在糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的最常见的并发症之一,以微血管病变为主要特征,也是导致肾功能衰竭的主要病因。目前糖尿病肾病的治疗效果并不是非常理想,且一直是研究的热点。虽然药物在控制血糖水平中有效,但是在控制和预防糖尿病肾病等慢性并发症方面未见明显效果,而以干细胞为基础的治疗逐渐成为糖尿病肾病的新的疗法,且取得了一定的成效。本文就干细胞在糖尿病肾病治疗中应用作一综述。
