足球之乡梅县草根足球开展现状调查——自组织的视角

Investigation on the Current Situation of Grassroots Football in Meixian——Self organizing Perspective

从界定"草根足球"概念着手,对足球之乡梅县区草根足球开展的现状进行调查分析.研究认为,"草根足球"是指个人和群体利用闲暇时间参与的以健身、娱乐、运动、休闲为目的的足球自组织活动.新时期足球之乡梅县草根足球开展还需要给予更多的关注和扶持,以促其健康繁荣发展.本文指出,充分发挥社会体育指导员在草根组织中的作用,是发展草根足球的重要抓手,其中尤其应重视足球社会体育指导员的上岗率.体育社团是草根组织的发展方向,以赛代练是草根组织训练的重要方式,政府应为草根组织提供必要的公共体育服务,以引导其走向健康发展的道路.

Starting from the definition of ＂grassroots football＂ concept, this paper makes a survey and analysis of the current situation of grassroots football development in Meixian of football town. Research shows that ＂grassroots football＂ refers to the amateur football group, which is relative to professional football, and sports leisure activities that individuals and groups use their spare time to participate in entertainment and fitness. In the new period, the development of grassroots football in Meixian, which is the hometown of football, needs more attention and support to promote its healthy prosperity. This paper points out that giving full play to the role of social sports instructors in grassroots organizations is an important starting point for the development of grassroots football, in which attention should be paid to the rate of appointment of football social sports instructors. The sports club is the direction of development of grassroots organizations, grassroots organizations is an important way of training with competition, the government should provide necessary public sports services for grassroots organizations, to guide them to the healthy development of the road.
