摘要
为适应矿井下长距离、大阻力的运输需要,设计了一种自动辅轨的行走机构,既可降低设备在移动过程中的行走阻力,实现快速自移,又能节省辅助工作时间和降低劳动强度,达到减人增效的目的。该设备已在神东多个矿井使用,取得了良好的效果。通过Ansys软件对关键部件提升臂进行了仿真受力分析,结果显示其可靠性较高。
In order to meet the need of long distance and large resistance transportation in mine, a kind of automatic auxiliary rail walking mechanism was designed, which can reduce the resistance of the equipment in the process of moving, realize fast self-moving, and save work time and reduce labor intensity so as to increase efficiency. The device has been used in a number of mines in Shendong, and achieved good results. The simulation force analysis of the lifting arm of the key components was carried out by software Ansys, and the results showed that the reliability of the lifting arm was qualified.
