摘要 目前煤矿井下采掘设备的电控箱显示器显示界面多为文本显示,其显示内容单一、显示信息量少、可读性较差。结合采掘设备电控系统显示终端的发展需求,提出了电控箱显示器HMI的图形化显示设计。该设计以上位机的显示器JCP100和以太网下载线为硬件,通过CAN总线通信采集控制器的数据,采用可视化编程软件CODESYS作为应用编程平台,利用Corel DRAW矢量位图软件制作VISU界面,实现了人机界面的图形化显示功能。实际应用表明,该显示器的图形化显示满足了煤矿井下恶劣工况环境条件下各种数据信息的终端显示需求。 At present, the display interface of electronic control box display for underground mining equipment in coal mine was mostly text display, which showed in single content, less information and poor readability. Combined with the development demand of electronic control system display terminal of mining equipment, the graphic display design of the electronic control box display HMI was proposed. The design was based on the monitor JCPIO0 and the Ethernet downloading line as hardware, collected the data of the controller by CANbus, used visual programming software CODESYS as an application programming platform, the VISU interface was made by using CorelDRAW vector bitmap software, and the graphical display function of human-machine interface has been achieved. The practical application showed that the graphical display of the display can meet the terminal display demand of various data information under the bad conditions of the coal mine.
