摘要
旋转压片式双向离合器是矿用水力作业机远程控制执行系统的核心装置,它是一种具有自动控制功能的新型专用离合器。其主要是解决矿用水力作业机挠性管输送机构和滚筒盘管机构的收放管动作、速度的远程控制和仪表显示问题。由于矿用水力作业机在工作过程中,旋转压片式双向离合器的工作性能直接影响着瓦斯抽采孔的成孔质量及瓦斯抽采效率,故设计了离合器的机械组合机构。建立旋转压片式双向离合器的虚拟样机,通过UG NX8.5运动仿真模块,对离合器的工作工程进行运动学分析,并研究其运动特性,通过仿真分析,可及早发现样机设计中存在的问题,对进一步优化设计有重要意义。
The bidirectional clutch with rotary compression is the core device of remote control execution system of mine hydraulic operation machine, which is a new type of special clutch with automatic control function. It can mainly solve the problem of remote control and instrument display of the operation and the speed of the flexible pipe conveying mechanism and the roller coil mechanism of the hydraulic operation machine. As the hydraulic operating machine is working, the operating performance of the bidirectional clutch with rotary compression directly affects the hole forming quality and the gas extraction efficiency of the gas drainage hole. Therefore, the mechanical combination mechanism of the clutch was designed. The virtual prototype of rotary type double clutch was established, through the motion simulation module UG NX8.5, the kinematics analysis of the clutch work project and its motion characteristics were applied. Through simulation analysis, the problem of the prototype can be found as early as possible, which has great significance for further optimization design.
