摘要 针对MG200/446-WD型薄煤层采煤机截割部壳体强度不足、高速轴轴承频繁损坏和齿轮传动噪声大及行星减速器可靠性差等问题,分别从截割部壳体材质与结构、行星减速器等角度进行改进设计。通过井下工业性试验结果,改进后的采煤机满足了使用要求,效果良好,对今后设计具有很好的借鉴价值。 Aiming at the problems on thin coal seam shearer MG200/446-WD such as the lack of strength of the cutting unit, the frequent damage of high speed shaft bearing, the large noise of gear transmission and the poor reliability of planetary reducer, proposed an improved design based on the material and structure of the cutting unit and the planetary reducer. Through the underground industrial test results, the improved shearer has met the using requirements and has a good reference value.
