摘要
介绍了单轨吊设备的总体结构及工作原理,在ADAMS环境下建立支护平台机构的三维模型,并对该机构进行运动学、动力学仿真,得出支护平台的行程参数、上下翻转角度以及重要油缸的受力随时间变化的曲线,从而校核设计是否满足使用工况。
The overall structure and working principle of the monorail crane equipment were introduced. The three-dimensional model of the supporting platform mechanism was established under the software ADAMS, and the kinematics and dynamics simulation of the mechanism were applied. The travel parameters of the supporting platform, the reversal angle of up and down, as well as the stress variation curve of the important oil cylinder with time were obtained, so as to check whether the design has met the working condition.
