摘要
雷电、静电等各种瞬时电磁干扰在本质安全型仪表中产生的附加能量严重威胁生产安全。通过对本质安全型电源中稳压管器件瞬时保护特性的实验方法和结果,描述了瞬态电压抑制器(TVS)器件的工作原理,分析和研究了利用TVS器件对本质安全型电源、电缆和安全栅进行保护的可行性。
Lightning, electrostatic and other transient electromagnetic interference in the intrinsic safety apparatus generated additional energy, which can be a serious threat to production safety. Based on the experimental methods and results of instantaneous protection characteristics of the voltage regulator devices in intrinsically safe power supply, described the transient voltage suppressor (TVS) devices working principle. The feasibility of using TVS device to protect intrinsically safe power supply, cable and safety fence were analyzed and studied.
