摘要
将采煤机无链牵引传动方式用到带式输送机的行走驱动上,使销排的长度和连接方式适应于带式输送机的具体结构,采用了焊接式销排结构。对原结构存在零件加工精度高、工序多、加工效率低等问题进行了分析,通过采用加工工装,将销排中的立板和侧板合套钻孔,采用焊接工装提高组装和焊接效率,零件加工精度降低却能可靠连接,并能确保销排的节距、内宽等关键参数。又通过改进加工工艺,在满足使用性能的前提下,大幅度提高了加工效率。
The shearer drive mode without chain was used to drive the belt conveyor, and the length of the pin rail and the connection mode were adapted to the concrete structure of the belt conveyor, and the welded pin rail structure was used. Aiming at the problems such as high degree of accuracy, multiple working procedures and low processing efficiency, the original structure was analyzed. By using the processing tool, the welding fixture assembled the pin sleeve drilling in vertical plate and side plate, and improved welding efficiency, reduced machining precision, and can ensure reliable connection, the pin rail pitch and wide key parameters. By improving the processing technology, the machining efficiency has been greatly improved under the premise of meeting the use performance.
