摘要 矿井煤炭回采后含有大量体积较大的矸石块,在进入选煤厂煤炭筛选前若不采取合理有效的大块矸石筛选措施,不仅给后期煤炭筛选加大困难,降低煤炭资源纯度,而且很容易造成选煤厂筛选机的跳汰机、重介质旋流器等损坏。针对这种情况,屯兰矿选煤厂设计了一套大块煤矸石自动筛选装置。经实际应用表明,采用该装置后取得了显著成效。 After coal mining, there are a number of large coal gangue, if not apply reasonable and effective filtering measure for large coal gangue before entering the coal preparation plant, which not only lead to the increased difficulty of following coal filtering, reduce the purity of coal material, but also cause coal preparation plant filtering device jig and heavy medium cyclone damage. In this case, Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant designed a large coal gangue automatic filtering device. The practical application showed that the device has achieved remarkable results.
