大块煤矸石自动筛选装置在屯兰矿选煤厂的应用

矿井煤炭回采后含有大量体积较大的矸石块,在进入选煤厂煤炭筛选前若不采取合理有效的大块矸石筛选措施,不仅给后期煤炭筛选加大困难,降低煤炭资源纯度,而且很容易造成选煤厂筛选机的跳汰机、重介质旋流器等损坏。针对这种情况,屯兰矿选煤厂设计了一套大块煤矸石自动筛选装置。经实际应用表明,采用该装置后取得了显著成效。
