摘要
利用热重分析(TGA)和差式扫描量热分析(DSC)对纺织纤维的相关热学性能进行测量,得出了各种纺织纤维的TGA和DSC曲线,并对曲线进行分析。结果表明,不同类型的纤维拥有其特定的热失重曲线,对于热失重曲线差异较大的两种纤维,在升温过程中会出现不同的降解台阶,由此区别两种纤维。可根据DTG曲线上的峰面积与纤维百分含量的线性回归方程、DSC曲线各个纤维熔融所需热量与质量的线性回归方程对纺织纤维进行定性定量分析。为利用纺织纤维热学性能的差异进行定性定量分析提供了依据。
The Thermogravimentric analyzer(TGA) and Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) were employed to analyze the thermal properties of the textile fibers, and the various TGA and DSC curves were obtained and analyzed. The results showed that different types of fibers have their own thermogravimetric curves, and two kinds of fibers with different thermogravimetric curves could be distinguished through the different degradation steps during the heating process. According to the linear regression equation of the peak area and the fiber percentage on the DTG curve and the linear regression equation of the enthalpy and the fiber mass on the DSC curve, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of textile fibers could be obtained. The quantitative and qualitative researches of differential for textile fibers were carried out via analyzing those curves.
