摘要
[目的]为了探究二甲苯对植物生长发育的影响,以白菜(Brassica chinensis L.)为材料,分析二甲苯处理白菜幼苗后产生的一系列生物学效应。[方法]在培养皿中播种白菜种子,先让自来水浇灌使其萌发,后用不同浓度(0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6%)的二甲苯溶液浇灌白菜幼苗,随后测定幼苗生长量及内含物含量变化。[结果 ]低浓度二甲苯对幼苗的生长起促进作用,高浓度抑制;细胞内叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量均随二甲苯浓度的升高先升高后降低,且均在0.2%处出现最高浓度;二甲苯对白菜幼苗蛋白质含量的抑制作用明显;对核酸合成的影响表现为低浓度二甲苯抑制,高浓度促进。[结论]二甲苯对白菜的生长发育影响随其浓度高低变化不一。
[Objective] In order to explore the effect of xylene on the growth and development of plants, the Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis L.) was used as the material to analyze the biological effects of xylene treatment. [Methods]Sowed the Chinese cabbage seeds in culture dish, watered with tap-water to make it germinate firstly and then with different concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6% ) of xylene solution. The changes of seedling growth and inclusion content were determined later. [Results]The low concentration of xylene can promoted plant growth and inhibited in high concentration. Intracellular chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content increased firstly with the increase of xylene concentration and then decreased, and the highest concentration appeared in 0.2%. The inhibito~~ effect of xylene on protein content in cabbage seedlings was significantly. Low concentration of xylene inhibited the nucleic acid synthesis and promoted in high concentration. [Conclusion] The effect of xylene on the growth and development of Chinese cabbage varies with its concentration.
