摘要
[目的]利用优质外国引进品种,培育适应辽宁地区种植的高产新品种。[方法]采用美国先锋杂交种为基础试材选育出母本系DM47,DH34的变异株连续自交选育出父本系丹3402。以这两个玉米自交系为亲本组配成玉米杂交种丹玉8404。[结果]丹玉8404在2013年丹东农业科学院品种比较试验中,平均产量14 178 kg/hm2,增产幅度达20.0%。2016年参加辽宁省区域试验复试,丹玉8404全省平均产量达11 520.0 kg/hm2,增产幅度达8.6%。2016年参加辽宁省晚熟组生产试验,丹玉8404平均产量10 911.0 kg/hm2,比对照增产7.69%。[结论]2017年1月该品种通过辽宁省作物品种审定委员会审定,适合在辽宁晚熟地区种植。
[Objective] The study took maize varieties from abroad to breed new high-yield variety which was suited for Liaoning area.[Method] Female parent of Danyu8404 was DM47 which was breeding from pioneer hybrids. Male parent of Danyu8404 was Dan3402 which was breeding from inbred line of DH34. [Result] In 2013 variety comparison test of I,iaoning Danyu Technology Co., LTD, average yiehl of Danyu8404 was 14 174 kg/hm2 which inereased by 20.0%. In 2016 Liaoning variety regional retest, average yield of Danyu8404 was 11 520.0 kg/hm2 which increased by 8.6%. In 2016 Liaoning lale maturing variety production test, average yield of Danyu8404 was 10 911.0 kg/hm2 which increased by 7.69%. [Conclusion] Danyu8404 was through examination of Liaoning crop variety Approval Committee, Danyu8404 was suited in Liaoning area.
