摘要
运用CFD方法对深圳某集中供冷项目冷却塔布置进行了优化分析。在原有设计方案基础上,提出了3种优化方案,并进行了对比分析。结果表明:冷却塔平行于来流风向布置时,回流率可降低32.6%;冷却塔出风口处安装出风筒与顶部挡板后,回流率可降低55.8%;冷却塔顶部造型表皮在一定程度上可以降低回流率,但同时会增加冷却塔出风阻力,在设置时应权衡考虑。
Analyses the optimal placement of the cooling tower of a centralized cooling project in Shenzhen using CFD method. On the basis of the original design scheme, puts forward three kinds of optimal schemes, and carries out the analysis and comparison. The results show that the reflux rate can reduce by 32.6% when the cooling tower is arranged in parallel to the air flow direction and the reflux rate can reduce by 55.8% when the air vent and top mounting baffle are installed at the air outlet of the cooling tower. The top surface shape of the cooling tower can reduce the reflux rate to a certain extent, but at the same time it will increase the wind resistance of the cooling tower, which should be considered in its layout.
