基于响应面法的牙轮钻头球面浮动套优化设计 被引量:8

OPTIMIZATION OF THE CONE BIT OF SPHERICAL FLOATING SLEEVE BASED ON RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY

摘要 为了提高牙轮钻头滑动轴承的寿命,消除球面浮动套的边缘应力集中现象,采用响应面法与有限元方法相结合对球面浮动套圆槽结构进行全面的优化。建立以浮动套外球面、内表面的接触线上中间应力σ_m与端部应力σ_e差值为目标函数,分别为σ_1、σ_2,以圆槽圆心到浮动套内表面的距离h、圆槽的半径r、圆槽圆心到浮动套端面的距离t为设计变量的优化数学模型。通过对模型的回归分析,求得圆槽的最优控制参数:r=0.53 mm、t=0.07 mm、h=1.10 mm。运用有限元仿真分析对最优结构参数进行可靠性验证,结果表明,优化后的球面浮动套内表面和外球面的接触应力分布较为均匀,降低了边缘应力的集中。 In order to improve the life of the cone bit sliding bearing,eliminates the edge stress concentration phenomenon of the spherical floating sleeve end portion,the circular groove structure of Spherical floating sleeve was optimized by the combination of response surface methodology and the finite element method. the objective function was established by along the contact line of the middle stress σmand end stress σedifference between the floating sleeve of outer spherical surface and inner surface,σ1、σ2 was called objective function,The distance from the center of the circular groove to the floating sleeve surface h and the radius r of the circular groove and the distance from the center of the circular groove to the end face of the floating sleeve t was design variable,so the optimization of mathematical model was established. By regression analysis model,obtained the circular groove of optimal controllably parameters: r = 0. 53 mm、t = 0. 07 mm、h = 1. 10 mm. The finite element simulation analysis verified the reliability of optimal structure parameters,The results show that the optimized spherical floating sleeve of the inner surface and outer spherical surface of contact stress distributes more uniformity and reduces the edge stress concentration.
