螺栓预紧力对螺栓结合面特性参数的影响规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 高精度空气静压轴承中螺栓结合面的特性受组成结合面的构件的材料、接触面的形貌、接触面的几何精度、接触面的接触形式等因素的影响,其中影响最为显著的是螺栓预紧力。通过有限元仿真和实验模态分析方法辨识了螺栓结合面的特性参数,并研究了螺栓预紧力对螺栓结合面特性参数的影响规律。发现,随着螺栓预紧力的增加,螺栓结合面特征频率随之增加;当螺栓预紧力增加到一定数值时,螺栓结合面在有限元仿真时可以定义为绑定接触。 Bolt interface's characteristics that existed in aerostatic bearing were affected by many factors,such as part's material of interface,surface topography,geometric accuracy of interface,interface connect forms and so on. The most important factor was bolt preload force. The characteristics of bolt interface were identified by finite element method( FEM) and experimental modal analysis method. The influence of bolt preload force on bolt interface's characteristics was analyzed. Two lows were concluded. Firstly,eigen frequency of interface increased with the increase of bolt preload force. Secondly,bolt interface could be counted as bonded interface in finite element emulation analysis,when the bolt preload force increased to a certain value.
