液体介质加热的镁合金板料热渐进成形极限研究 被引量:3

摘要 成形极限是板料加工过程中重要的性能指标和工艺参数。本文提出了一种利用液体同时支撑和加热的热渐进成形加工方案,以倒圆锥为研究对象,以成形极限角为研究指标,通过正交实验的方法研究了温度、层间距和工具头直径等工艺参数对热渐进成形极限的影响,并进行了理论解析。结果表明,成形极限角随着成形温度的提高而显著增大,随着层间距的增大而显著越小。工具头直径对成形极限角影响不显著。 Forming limit is an important performance index and process parameter in sheet metal processing. In this paper,A method for the thermal incremental forming of liquid while supporting and heating was proposed. An inverted cone was studied as a research object. The influence of process parameters such as the temperature,the distance between the layer and the diameter of the tool head on the thermal incremental forming was studied by means of orthogonal test,and the theoretical analysis is carried out. The results show that the forming limit angle increases obviously with the increase of the forming temperature,and the smaller the distance between the layers increases with the increase of the layer spacing. The limit angle of the tool head diameter is not significant.
