摘要
使用Solid Composite单元建立了有限元模型,对复合材料曲梁结构在弯曲载荷下的层间拉伸及剪切应力进行了分析,并预估了破坏载荷。通过试验对比,分析结果与试验结果符合性较好,证明该方法能够较为准确的分析复合材料层间失效情况,可以应用于复合材料结构的工程设计之中。
In this paper,the Solid Composite finite element model is used to calculate the inter-laminar tension and shear stress of the composite curved beam under bending load,and then,the failure strength is predicted. The prediction can match the test results by comparison,show that the analysis of the composite inter-laminar failure is precise,and this method can be used in the aircraft design phase.
