摘要
BIM技术将建筑项目信息通过数据形态整合,可以在建筑工程项目全作业周期内达到数据的共享功能及反复使用,集成的数据平台可以提供给建筑工程项目作为设计、施工过程中科学的依据,其应用价值及功能同样适合既有建筑的改造。通过案例对BIM技术在既有建筑项目改造中的具体应用进行了详细分析,基于BIM模型实现了对既有建筑项目改造的优化设计,为施工组织、施工进度、施工资源等过程的管理提供了科学的数据。
BIM technology can integrate the data of building programs and realize the function of data sharing and reusing in the whole construction period. The integrated data platform not only can provide scientific evidence for building programs in the process of design and construction,but also can be used in the alteration of existing buildings. This paper detailes the application of BIM technology in the alteration of existing buildings with specific case and points out its advantages in the management of construction organization,construction scheduling,construction resources and other aspects.
