Research on Skills Competition to Promote the Teaching Standard in Higher Vocational Colleges: A Case Study of Railway Transportation Program

分析职业技能大赛对高职院校教学的促进作用,阐述了以技能大赛为导向进一步完善课程建设和人才培养模式的过程。提出通过师资队伍建设、实习实训基地建设、校企合作等共同开发技能大赛项目,积极参与行业企业技能大赛,探索提升教学能力的有效途径,进而提升专业课教师的教学水平。

This paper analyzes the promoting effect of vocational skills competition on the standard of teaching in vocational colleges,and expounds the process of further improving curriculum construction and talent training mode based on competitions. It suggests vocational colleges develop skills competition programs through the construction of teaching team,training bases and school-enterprise cooperation,actively participate in industry skill competitions,and explore effective ways to enhance teaching skills,so as to enhance the teaching standard of faculty.
