摘要
分析金融工程专业应用型本科人才培养模式创新的必要性,针对应用型高校金融工程人才培养方面存在的一些问题,从创建专业特色、加强教师队伍建设、优化课程体系设置和建设校内外实训基地等方面提出解决方案。
This paper discusses the necessity on the training mode innovation offinancial engineeringprogram in application-oriented university. Aiming at problems in current training system,it proposes a formula to improve financial talents training strandard,such as highlighting the program＇s feature,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,optimizing the curriculum system,constructing training bases in and out of campus,etc.
