铁路(地铁)司机胜任特征心理素质调查及其对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:运用调查问卷的形式对铁路(地铁)司机和驾驶专业的在校生进行大规模测评。通过统计分析验证该问卷是否能够鉴别出优秀司机和一般司机、正式司机和实习司机。同时,找到不同身份类型的司机在胜任特质和心理素质上存在的差异。方法:对264名司机员工、191名实习司机和45名驾驶专业的在校学生进行《铁路(地铁)司机胜任特征心理素质调查问卷》测评。结果:在胜任特质和心理素质上,高铁司机显著高于其他司机;普通司机和实习司机显著高于学生;地铁司机显著高于普通铁路司机和学生;党员司机和团员司机显著高于民主党派司机和群众司机;未婚司机显著高于已婚和离异司机;高中(中专)学历司机、初中及以下学历司机显著低于本科司机和专科司机。结论:《铁路(地铁)司机胜任特征心理素质调查问卷》具备区分铁路(地铁)司机合格与否及优秀与否的效度和能力;不同身份类型的铁路(地铁)司机的胜任特征心理素质差异显著。 Aim:in this study,the questionnaire on the competency of railway drivers was used to assess the railway/metro drivers and students majoring in driving.Through statistical analysis,we can verify whether the questionnaire could identify excellent drivers from general drivers or regular drivers from intern drivers.At the same time,we also want to find out what kind of differences in competency and psychological quality between different types of drivers.Method:A survey on the competency of railway drivers was conducted among 264 regular drivers,191 intern drivers and 45 students majoring in driving.Results:In the competence and mental quality,high speed railway drivers are significantly higher than other drivers;regular drivers and intern drivers are significantly higher than that of students majoring in driving;metro drivers are significantly higher than that of railway drivers and students;drivers with the membership of CPC or CYL are significantly higher than that of drivers without the membership;unmarried drivers are significantly higher than that of married and divorced drivers;drivers with high school or middle school degrees are significantly lower than that of drivers with university or college degrees.Discussion:"railway(metro)driver competency questionnaire"has validity and capability to distinguish whether a railway/metro driver qualified or not.And there are significant differences in the competency and mental quality of railway/metro drivers with different identity types.
