摘要
目前对自润滑热镀锌钢的耐蚀性能研究较少。通过中性盐雾试验以及电化学试验,对自润滑热镀锌板及普通热镀锌板的耐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:普通热镀锌板出现白锈的时间明显早于自润滑热镀锌板,自润滑热镀锌板的腐蚀电流密度远远小于普通热镀锌板,自润滑涂层电阻明显大于普通热镀锌板的纯锌镀层电阻。自润滑热镀锌板的耐蚀性能明显优于普通涂油热镀锌板,自润滑涂料中含有的有机树脂及二氧化硅粒子是其耐蚀性能提升的主要原因。
The corrosion properties of the self- lubricated galvanized (GI) steel sheet and the traditional GI steel sheet were studied by neutral salt spray test (NSST) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Results showed that the white rust on the traditional GI steel sheet occurred much earlier than that on the self-lubricated GI steel sheet. The corrosion current density of the self-lubricated GI steel sheet was much smaller than that of the traditional GI steel sheet. The film resistance of the self-lubricated GI steel sheet was much bigger than that of the traditional GI steel sheet. Consequently, the self-lubricated GI steel sheet presented better corrosion resistance than the traditional GI steel sheet, which was due to the organic resin and SiO2 particles in the self-lubricated coating.
