摘要
采用透明无色哑光清漆对钢铁材料进行涂装防护可以在保留其原貌的基础上提供防腐蚀能力。为此,研究了环氧清漆和氟碳哑光清漆复合涂层在不同周期盐雾加速老化试验下对钢板的物理、化学性能和防护屏蔽性与时间的关系。结果表明:复合涂层在3 000 h盐雾试验后底板并未生锈,涂层也未发生开裂、鼓泡和脱落等破坏形式,涂层的等级评定为0级.涂层附着力随盐雾时间的变化符合指数函数模型,在整个盐雾周期内涂层表现的是一个纯电容元件的特征,涂层对腐蚀性介质的阻挡作用较强。
A kind of composite coating of epoxy varnish and matte fluorocarbon varnish was exposed in salt spray environment for different peri- ods, and the relationship between physical and chemical properties and protective properties in salt spray experiment was studied. Results showed that the substrate of coating did not rust and the coatings did not crack, bubble and strip after 3 000 hours of experiment. The coating was rated as grade O. The coating adhesion changed in terms of the exponential function model with the change of salt spray time. The perform- ance of coating had the characteristics of a pure capacitive element and the coating presented strong resistance to corrosive media.
