摘要
创意农业包括特色农业、乡村旅游和农村文化产业三部分。目前辽宁省创意农业创新科技含量低,农民收入不高;创意人才缺乏,农民素质不高;信息应用不够,网络营销不足;文化彰显不足,内涵挖掘不深;品牌意识不强,产品缺乏地域特色,因此,在互联网+背景下,推进辽宁省创意农业发展必须加强政府的指导与帮助,大力提升产品科技水平;不断优化市场营商环境,大力培养创意农业人才;运用信息化管理技术体系,打造具有辽宁特色的智慧乡村;加强网络化全方位品牌宣传,开创辽宁省乡村旅游新时代;不断增强产品的品牌意识,集中打造一批辽宁特色产品。
Creative agriculture consists of special agriculture, rural tourism and rural cultural industry. Problems facing the creative agriculture of Liaoning Province are lacking of creative technologies so that farmers fail to get much income from them; lacking of talents and high-quality farmers for creative agriculture; information resources, especially online marketing, failing in full use; culture failing to be full highlighted and cultural connotation failing to be further searched out; and people's brand awareness failing to be made strong and products lacking of regional characteristics. In the "Internet + " background, the Liaoning creative agriculture should be developed by strengthening governmental guidance and support, trying to move up the technology ladder of products, optimizing the business environment of market constantly, making great efforts to cultivate talents for creative agriculture, applying the informatized management technology system to the construction of smart country with Liaoning characteristics, strengthening online brand promotion comprehensively to launch the new era of rural tourism, and constantly strengthening people's brand awareness of products by focusing on creating a number of products with Liaoning characteristics.
