高等农业院校蚕学专业建设和教学改革思考

A Ponder on the Construction and Teaching Reform of Sericulture Specialty in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

传统的蚕学专业是稀有且冷门的专业,面向现代社会对大学教育提出的新要求,应充分结合行业和专业自身实际情况进行教学改革,培养蚕学专业实用型、科技型和创新型专业人才,促进行业进步和专业教育的可持续发展。在充分调研行业发展和专业教育的基础上,针对当前行业发展和专业教育存在的问题,提出蚕学专业教学改革措施,从而提升蚕学专业大学生的素质,为行业发展提供更多的专业人才。科学整合和优化教学体系,引入新兴学科或交叉学科的课程,扩增现代新知识、新理念和新技术;融合理论教学与实践教学,改善理论教学和实践教学的脱节现象;重新构建蚕学专业实践教学体系与内容,建立完善的实践教学平台,设计理论教学和实践教学相融合的教学内容,改善传统的蚕学专业教学模式。

Traditionally, the specialty of sericuhure is a rare unpopular specialty. Facing the new requirement by modem society on higher education, this specialty should be reformed to cultivate practical, innovative talents who are able to adapt to modern society according to the situation of silkworm industry and sericultural education. Faced with the challenges from silkworm industry and silkworm education the teaching practice should be reformed based on investigation; the existing teaching system integrated and optimized by introducing courses belonging to emerging disciplines and interdisciplines, and increasing and absorbing new modern knowledge, new concepts and new technologies; theoretical teaching combined with practical teaching to avoid their separation; the system and content of the practical teaching of sericuhure specialty reconstructed by constructing a complete practical teaching platform, designing teaching contents which integrates theoretical teaching and practical one and improving the traditional teaching mode which has been long used in the sericulture specialty.
