Basic techniques to be mastered by pediatric emergency physicians point- of- care ultrasound

在急诊工作中，由临床医师掌握的床旁即时超声，越来越成为不可缺失的技术。现从临床实践出发，介绍在儿科急诊中，床旁即时超声的主要应用，包括床旁超声引导操作——血管通路的建立与穿刺引导，急诊临床诊断应用——重症心肺超声基本图像及应用，创伤、呼吸困难、休克与心搏骤停的诊断流程，以期建立急诊超声应用的儿科模式。

Point - of- care ultrasound applied by clinical physicians is rapidly evolved in emergency medicine practice. Now, the main applications in pediatric emergency medicine,including procedural uses （ establishing vascular access and paracentesis） and diagnostic uses （the basic image of focus cardiac ultrasound and lung ultrasound;the diagnostic process of tranma,dyspnea,shock and cardiac arrest） are introduced so as to establish pediatric model of point- of- care ultrasound in emergency medicine.
