健康建筑中的声环境现状分析及其计算机模拟 被引量:7

摘要 我国绿色建筑经过10多年的发展,在推动我国建筑在"四节一环保"方面取得了举世瞩目的成就,但多年来,绿色建筑实践中声环境方面评价一直偏低。而在绿色建筑基础上深入发展来的健康建筑评价中,对参评建筑的声环境评价提出了更高的要求。为推动绿色建筑与健康建筑评价中的声环境评价,相关企业推出了声环境模拟分析软件,该软件以三维建模为基础,通过对噪声源、障碍物和围护结构材料等设置,可进行建筑周围环境噪声、隔声性能、室内噪声级的计算,为健康建筑的设计和评估提供技术支撑。 After more than 10 years of development, Chinese green building has made remarkable achievements in regard to energy saving, land saving, water saving, materials saving, and environmental protection. However, the score of acoustical environment is always low in the practice of green building. In the evaluation of healthy buildings, the acoustical environment evaluation is more and more important, and put forward higher requirements. In order to promote the evaluation of acoustical environment in green building and healthy building evaluation, develops the acoustical environment simulation software SEDU. Based on the three-dimensional modeling, through setting sound source, obstacle and building materials and other settings, SEDU can simulate and calculate the ambient noise around the building, sound insulation performance, indoor noise, and can provide technical support for the design and evaluation of healthy buildings.
