摘要
为了更好地揭示本科生使用移动图书馆的现状,本文以国内南方某高校的在校本科生为对象开展调研,调研内容主要涉及移动图书馆使用的基本情况、体验以及改进。通过问卷搜集240份有效样本,并利用SPSS20.0进行数据分析。基于结果分析,从强化功能实用性、加强推广宣传力度以及丰富电子资源三个方面提出提升移动图书馆用户体验的建议。
In order to better reveal the usage status of mobile library services, this study conducted a survey on the undergraduates of a certain university in the south of the country. The research mainly concerns the basic conditions, experiences, and improvements of the use of mobile libraries. 240 valid samples were collected through the questionnaire and SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this study puts forward suggestions for improving the user experience of the mobile library in terms of enhancing the practicality of the function,strengthening promotion and publicity, and enriching electronic resources.
