With the constant development of the current e-commerce and the promotion of the purchasing platform technology, it is necessary to design and apply the cross-border e-commerce platform-Dai Dai via the functional design, platform construction and platform promotion, so as to meet the needs of numerous consumers for purchasing agencies. The conclusion shows that this platform is in line with the current customers＇ needs for purchasing, and enables users to purchase goods through the platform, which has a positive influence on purchasing agencies.
