血清胆红素及尿酸水平与冠心病的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨血清胆红素及尿酸水平与冠心病的相关性。方法以2015年7月~2016年7月本院收治的64例冠心病患者为研究组,以同期到本院体检的64名健康人为对照组,所有研究对象均对本研究知情同意。对比两组血清胆红素、尿酸水平变化情况。结果两组尿酸、血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平均差异显著(P<0.05);研究组不同病变程度患者尿酸、血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病发生与发展过程中,尿酸水平提升、胆红素水平降低发挥着重要的作用,能对冠心病发生及冠状动脉病变程度进行预测,需引起高度关注。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum bilirubin and uric acid levels and coronary heart disease.Method In July - 2016 July 2015 in our hospital 64 cases of patients with coronary heart disease as the study group, with the same period to the hospital medical examination of 64 healthy people control group, all the research subjects were informed consent. The changes of serum bilirubin and uric acid levels were compared between the two groups.Result Two groups of uric acid, serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin levels were significantly different (P〈0.05); the study group patients with different severity of uric acid, serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin levels were significantly different (P〈0.05).
