无痛分娩技术在产科临床中应用与分析

目的探讨无痛分娩技术在产科临床中应用与分析。方法选取我院在2016年1月~2017年1月收治的80例产妇,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规分娩,研究组采用无痛分娩技术进行分娩,比较两组产妇的镇痛情况、产程、产后出血、会阴侧切与新生儿窒息情况。结果研究组的镇痛有效率(100.0%)明显高于对照组(42.5%)(P<0.05);研究组产妇的产程、分娩方式与产后出血发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇会阴侧切发生率与新生儿窒息发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩技术可缩短产程,改善母婴结局,降低剖宫产的发生率,可供临床推广与应用。
