Clinical application and analysis of painless delivery technology in the department of obstetrics

摘要 目的探讨无痛分娩技术在产科临床中应用与分析。方法选取我院在2016年1月~2017年1月收治的80例产妇,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规分娩,研究组采用无痛分娩技术进行分娩,比较两组产妇的镇痛情况、产程、产后出血、会阴侧切与新生儿窒息情况。结果研究组的镇痛有效率(100.0%)明显高于对照组(42.5%)(P<0.05);研究组产妇的产程、分娩方式与产后出血发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇会阴侧切发生率与新生儿窒息发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩技术可缩短产程,改善母婴结局,降低剖宫产的发生率,可供临床推广与应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical application and analysis of painless delivery technology in the department of obstetrics. Methods Selected 80 cases parturient were randomly divided into research group and control group in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, 40 cases in each. The control group received normal childbirth, and the research group received painless delivery technology. The analgesia, stage of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, episiotomy, neonatal asphyxia of parturient in the two groups were compared.
