微信平台在外科护理中的应用

Application of We Chat platform in surgical nursing

目的分析微信平台在外科护理中的应用效果。方法选择高唐县人民医院普外科2016年2-8月收治的患者1516例,纳入对照组,采用常规护理与管理;选择2017年2-8月收治的患者1601例,纳入观察组,采用微信平台指导护理管理。比较两组护理干预的护理质量评分及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组基础护理、治疗护理、健康教育、康复护理、病房管理、院外支持等护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组服务态度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理不良事件、医院感染、延迟出院、腰背痛、护理路径变异、出院后不依从、再住院等不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理中应用微信平台辅助护理,可有效提升护理质量,使护理不良事件发生风险得到有效的控制,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the We Chat platform in surgical nursing in Department of General Surgery. Methods 1516 patients treated in the Department of General Surgery of Gaotang People＇s Hospital form February 2016 to August 2016 were selected and included in the control group,received the routine nursing and management. 1601 patients treated from February 2017 to August2017 were selected and included in the observation group,received the We Chat platform guidance nursing management. The nursing quality score and adverse events in two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,such as basic nursing,treatment and nursing,health education,rehabilitation nursing,ward management and outside support,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the difference of service attitude score between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. The incidence of adverse events such as nursing adverse events,hospital infection,delayed discharge,low back pain,nursing path variation,no compliance after discharge and re-hospitalization in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of We Chat platform assisted nursing in surgical nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and effectively control the nursing adverse events risk,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
