Epidemic situation of measles in Baoding City in 2016

目的了解保定市2016年麻疹流行现状,为控制和消除麻疹提供参考依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法,对保定市2016年麻疹病例的三间分布进行分析。结果保定市2016年共报告确诊麻疹病例66例,年发病率为0.62/10万。病例主要分布在曲阳县、莲池区、涞水县、涿州市、徐水区、定兴县、安新县及雄县等县(区、市);季节分布主要集中在2—6月,发病高峰在3—4月;发病年龄集中在8月龄~2岁儿童、25~40岁成人和<8月龄婴儿。麻疹病例中男性占59.09%,女性占40.91%;儿童占62.12%,职业分布中农民占24.24%,其他占13.64%。麻疹病例免疫史中,0剂次免疫占48.48%,免疫史不详者占25.76%。结论应加强麻疹疫情监测和流动人口较大县(区、市)的免疫规划管理工作,并在成年人中开展强化免疫,提高免疫接种覆盖率,有效控制和消除麻疹。

[Objective]To analyze the epidemic situation of measles in Baoding City in 2016, provide the basis for the control and elimination of measles. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the spatial, temporal and population distribution of measles in Baoding City in 2016. [Results] Totally 66 cases of measles were reported in Baoding City in 2016, and the annual incidence rate was 0.62/lakh. The measles cases were mainly concentrated in Quyang County, Lianchi District, Laishui County, Zhuozhou City, Xushui District, Dingxing County, Anxin County and Xiongxian County. The measles cases chiefly occurred from February to June, and the peak season appeared March to April. Most of cases were child aged8 months to 2 years old, adult aged 25-40 years old, and infant below 8 months. Among measles cases, male and female accounted for 59.09% and 40.91% respectively. Child cases accounted for 62.12%. The occupational distribution showed that farmers accounted for 24.24%, the other occupations accounted for 13.64%. For the measles immunization history, cases without immunization accounted for 48.48% and those with unknown immunization accounted for 25.76%. [Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the measles epidemic surveillance immunization planning management in the counties（districts, cities） with a large number of floating population, carry out the supplementary immunization among adults, and improve the coverage rate of immunization, to effectively control and eliminate measles.
