长链非编码RNA对前列腺癌调控作用的研究进展 被引量:3

A review of studies focused on long non-coding RNAs in prostate cancer

摘要 LncRNA(long non-coding RNA),即长链非编码RNA,是一类长度超过200个核苷酸单位左右的非编码RNA,其可在表观遗传、转录水平及转录后水平参与调控细胞内各种生理过程。目前,已有大量文献报道,多种LncRNA的异常表达与前列腺癌的形成、进展和转移密切相关。通过体内体外实验验证,多种LncRNA在前列腺癌从激素敏感期进展至去势抵抗期具有重要调控作用。为此,该文就近几年来LncRNA在前列腺癌中的调控作用的研究进展进行了综述,可为前列腺癌的基因及表观遗传治疗提供参考。 Long non-coding RNAs(Lnc RNA) are non-coding RNAs having a length of more than 200 nucleotides in length, which can be involved in the regulation of various physiological processes intracellularly at the epigenetic, transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels. Numerous literatures have reported that a variety of lnc RNA abnormal expression correlates with prostate cancer formation, progress and metastasis. Through in vitro and in vivo experiments, a variety of lnc RNA plays an important role in prostate cancer from the hormone-sensitive period to the castration resistant period. This paper reviews and summarizes the progress of lnc RNAs in prostate cancer in recent years, aiming to provide new research ideas for gene and epigenetic treatment of prostate cancer.
