广东省地市经济发展质量评价及政策建议

The Quality of Economic Development of Cities in Guangdong Province: Evaluation and Policy Suggestion

本文基于党的十九大报告和中央经济工作会议精神,把经济发展质量分解为产出效率、结构优化、动力转换、成果共享四个维度,构建包含了14个具体指标的地市经济发展质量评价指标体系,对广东21个地级市及四大区域的经济发展质量进行评价、比较,进而提出了提高广东地市经济发展质量的政策建议。

On the basis of the report of the 19th National Congress of CPC and the briefing of the Central Economic Work Conference, this study decomposes the quality of economic development into four dimensions： output efficiency, structure optimization, power conversion and achievement sharing, then presentes a comprehensive index system including 14 indicators to evaluate and compare the quality of economic development of 21 cities and four regions in Guangdong province. At last, we put forward the policy recommendations for improving the quality of economy development of Guangdong province.
