摘要
目的评价大肠菌群测试菌片在细菌性食物中毒快速检测中的应用价值。方法应用大肠埃希氏菌标准株制备不同稀释浓度的菌液,分别应用平板计数法和测试菌片法进行的最低检出限比较试验,并在细菌性食物中毒中采集的样本进行应用分析。结果大肠菌群测试菌片法在肠埃希氏菌标准株10-6和10-7稀释度的最低检出限均低于平皿计数法,两种方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对一起细菌性食物中毒所采集的174份食物与食具表面样品应用检测中,以平板计数法为参照,大肠菌群测试菌片法敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率分别为99.03%(102/103)、92.96%(66/71)、95.32%(102/107)、98.51%(66/67)、96.55%(168/174)。结论大肠菌群测试菌片法检出限度更低,诊断效果与平板计数法相近,适合食品及食源性细菌污染指示分析。
Objective Evaluation of coliform bacteria poisoning test piece application in rapid detection of bacterial food.Methods using standard strains of Escherichia coli bacteria preparation with different concentrations, respectively, using plate count method and test method for bacterial detection limit comparison test, and collected in bacterial food poisoning in the sample application analysis.Resultsthe coliform bacteria in the test method of intestinal Escherichia coli strains 10-6 and 10-7 standard dilution of the lowest detection limit was lower than the plate count method, there were significant differences between the two methods(P0.05).
