摘要
集体协商作为调解劳资关系的重要机制,已经逐步在我国形成了研究的传统。今年来,针对集体协商的研究已经由注重结构功能的制度主义向参与集体协商主体行为机制的研究过渡。本研究基于过往不同的研究维度和在H区四家企业的案例研究,提出了依托区域化价值链的集体协商的新形态。但是,集体协商从形成到运行的复杂过程牵涉影响因素颇多,并非单一维度可以进行充分解释。因此,本文再次对话过往研究,从批判性的角度提出了我国集体协商研究应引入比较的方法与协商过程、历史过程的解构,才能真正发现我国不同特征(并非不同类型)集体协商机制的差异性与趋同性。
As one of the most important mechanism in adjusting the relationship, the research tradition of collective negotiation study can be seen in China. Recent years saw that the transition of collective negotiation study from structural-functional perspective to the focus on actors' behaviour mechanism. Based on different approaches and four case studies in H District, the paper proposes a new configuration of collective negotiation dependent upon regional value chain. However, the complex process of collective negotiation is related to many influential factors; thus it cannot be elaborated on only by one dimension. Hence, with compared to previous study, the paper critically posits that the collective negotiation in Chinese context should place more emphasis upon comparative study along with deciphering negotiating process and historical evolution, thereby exploring the differences and commonalities between collective negotiation with various characteristics rather than difference models.
